I spent many a happy Sunday in the library as a kid (why, oh why, can't they have Sunday hours now ?!?) and seem to have successfully shown my kids that it's a happening place. Many times when I tell them we're headed to the library, their eyes light up & they race me to the car.

I can't believe that "Are You There God, it's Me Margaret" is a banned book! I loved that book, read it many times. I adore the library! I love to reserve books online and get the email that they will hold it for 7 days! What service! PLUS, if you aren't finished with the book, you can renew it online too!

I'm a huge fan of the library - and have recently discovered the ability to reserve books online from other regional library and have them transferred to my town. It makes finding those hard-to-find copies so much easier!
